Responsibilities
The selected candidates will be assigned to one of three key functional areas. While each role has specific tasks, all employees share a common commitment to safety, professionalism, and customer satisfaction.
- Control Room Officer
- Monitor live video feeds from all parking zones to ensure smooth traffic flow.
- Coordinate with security personnel and respond to incidents promptly.
- Maintain accurate logs of vehicle entries, exits, and any irregularities.
- Operate communication equipment and relay information to on‑site staff.
- Generate daily performance reports for management review.
- Cashier
- Handle cash, credit‑card, and mobile‑payment transactions efficiently.
- Issue tickets, receipts, and provide clear payment instructions to customers.
- Balance the cash drawer at the end of each shift and report discrepancies.
- Assist customers with inquiries about rates, promotions, and parking policies.
- Maintain a tidy and organized checkout area.
- Attendant Parking
- Guide drivers to available parking spaces and manage lane assignments.
- Perform vehicle checks for safety compliance and report any damages.
- Enforce parking rules, issue warnings or citations when necessary.
- Provide friendly assistance, answer questions, and resolve minor complaints.
- Assist in routine maintenance of the parking facility, such as lighting checks.
Requirements
All candidates must meet the following baseline criteria, regardless of the specific position applied for:
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: 27 years old or younger.
- Gender: All genders are welcome.
- Vision: Must not wear glasses or have corrective lenses (no myopia or astigmatism).
- Physical standards (for male applicants): Height at least 170 cm with a proportionate weight.
- No body piercings or visible tattoos.
- Readiness to start work immediately.
