Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival, escort them to their tables, and present menus.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders, relay them promptly to the kitchen and bar, and ensure special requests are communicated.
  • Serve dishes and drinks in a timely manner, checking for guest satisfaction throughout the meal.
  • Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including setting and clearing tables, polishing glassware, and resetting for the next guests.
  • Handle payment transactions, process cash or card payments, and issue receipts while adhering to cash‑handling procedures.
  • Collaborate closely with kitchen staff, bar personnel, and fellow servers to coordinate service flow and resolve any issues quickly.
  • Monitor stock levels of condiments, napkins, and other service supplies, notifying the manager when replenishment is needed.
  • Assist in training new team members by sharing best practices and restaurant standards.
  • Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations, ensuring all service areas meet health inspection standards.
  • Participate in pre‑shift briefings and post‑shift debriefs to continuously improve service quality.

Requirements

  • Maximum age of 30 years.
  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent (SLTA/Sederajat).
  • Prior experience in food and beverage service is preferred.
  • Professional appearance; friendly, courteous, and well‑groomed.
  • Core values: honesty, discipline, strong communication, and a sense of responsibility.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and support colleagues during busy periods.
  • Residence located near the restaurant to ensure punctuality and reliability.
  • Proficiency in basic serving skills, including knowledge of menu items and beverage pairing.
  • Flexibility to work the scheduled shift: Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
