Introduction
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Staff Penagihan Lapangan to join our field collection team in Gorontalo. This full‑time position is a critical part of our credit management process, ensuring timely repayment of vehicle financing contracts and maintaining strong relationships with our customers. The successful candidate will work closely with the finance, legal, and warehouse departments to execute collection activities, support customers in using our digital payment platform, and uphold the highest standards of professionalism and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Receive and verify the daily schedule of customer visits, planning routes efficiently to cover the assigned geographic area.
- Conduct on‑site visits to remind borrowers of upcoming due dates and negotiate payment arrangements.
- Perform collection activities for accounts 1‑60 days past due, documenting all interactions and outcomes in the company’s CRM system.
- When necessary, initiate vehicle repossession procedures in strict accordance with Adira’s policies, ensuring proper legal documentation and verification that the vehicle is a financed asset.
- Coordinate with the teller team to hand over collected cash or electronic payments, and with the warehouse to process any retrieved vehicles, attaching all required paperwork.
- Educate customers on the use of the Adiraku mobile application for convenient installment payments, guiding them through registration and transaction steps.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports summarizing collection results, outstanding balances, and any escalated cases for senior management review.
- Maintain a professional appearance and conduct, representing the company positively while fostering trust and goodwill in the community.
- Stay updated on local regulations related to debt collection and vehicle repossession, ensuring all actions are legally compliant.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Male candidates, age 35 years or younger.
- At least 1 year of experience in field collection, credit control, or a related financial role.
- Strong knowledge of debt collection procedures, including legal aspects of vehicle repossession.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to handle difficult conversations calmly.
- Proficiency with mobile applications and basic computer skills for data entry and reporting.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to follow strict administrative processes.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to travel within the assigned area.
- Physical stamina to visit multiple locations daily and handle occasional heavy lifting of vehicle documents.
