As a Sales Promotor, you will be the front‑line ambassador of Kredivo, engaging directly with potential users, demonstrating the value of our service, and driving adoption across retail and online channels. Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective users, understand their purchasing needs, and recommend Kredivo as the preferred payment method.
- Continuously enhance product knowledge of Kredivo’s features, benefits, and promotional offers, and convey this information in a compelling and easy‑to‑understand manner.
- Conduct on‑site and virtual presentations, live demonstrations, and product walkthroughs to illustrate how Krediva works within the checkout flow.
- Address user inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and provide clear guidance on app installation, verification, and transaction processes.
- Achieve daily acquisition targets, track key performance metrics, and submit accurate activity reports to the sales manager.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants, store managers, and other stakeholders to ensure ongoing collaboration and repeat business.
- Gather market feedback, identify common objections, and relay insights to the product and marketing teams for continuous improvement.
- Utilize Android smartphones and sales tools to log leads, schedule follow‑ups, and manage a personal pipeline efficiently.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 35 years old.
- Gender: All genders are welcome to apply.
- Residency: Must reside in North Jakarta or surrounding districts.
- Work experience: No prior experience required, but candidates with a background in sales, retail, or customer service will be given priority.
- Technical: Own an Android smartphone capable of running the Kredivo app and related sales tools.
- Health: Must have received at least the first dose of the COVID‑19 vaccine.
- Core competencies: Strong communication, negotiation, and customer‑relationship management skills; ability to analyze sales data and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Availability: Full‑time schedule, Monday‑Friday, 08:00 – 17:00, with flexibility for occasional weekend events.
