Responsibilities
- Maintain a tidy and organized outlet, ensuring floors, workstations, and equipment are clean and safe.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via chat, phone, or in‑person, and operate the point‑of‑sale (POS) and cash‑handling applications on a smartphone.
- Sort and inspect incoming laundry, separating items by fabric type, color, and special care instructions before washing.
- Load, operate, and monitor washing machines and dryers, adjusting cycles to match garment requirements while adhering to safety protocols.
- Perform quality‑focused folding, ironing, and packing of cleaned items, ensuring presentation meets brand standards.
- Optionally provide pickup and delivery services using a motorbike, representing the company with professionalism and punctuality.
- Collaborate with fellow team members to meet daily production targets and resolve any operational challenges.
- Track inventory of detergents, softeners, and packaging materials, notifying management of re‑stock needs.
- Assist in end‑of‑day cash reconciliation and generate basic sales reports through the mobile app.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMP/MTS or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in a laundry, hospitality, or similar service‑oriented role.
