Responsibilities
- Execute daily sales routes covering assigned territories, visiting stores, kiosks, and individual customers to present and sell products.
- Introduce new product lines, promotional offers, and seasonal campaigns, ensuring customers are well‑informed and motivated to purchase.
- Develop and nurture long‑term relationships with shop owners and key decision‑makers, acting as the primary point of contact for the brand.
- Monitor inventory levels at each location, replenish stock as needed, and report any discrepancies to the logistics team.
- Maintain accurate daily sales logs, record transaction details, and submit timely reports to the sales manager.
- Ensure product displays adhere to company visual merchandising standards, arranging shelves and promotional materials for optimal visibility.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to provide feedback from the field, helping shape future offerings.
- Achieve or exceed individual sales targets while contributing to the overall performance of the sales region.
- Participate in weekly team meetings, share best practices, and engage in ongoing training sessions to sharpen sales techniques.
- Comply with all safety, legal, and ethical standards during field operations, including proper handling of cash and documentation.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- No upper age limit; we welcome candidates of all ages who demonstrate the right attitude and drive.

- Zero to two years of direct sales experience; fresh graduates with strong interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a focus on building trust and rapport.

- Valid driver’s license and willingness to use personal or company‑provided transportation for daily routes.
- Physical stamina to handle frequent travel, product handling, and standing for extended periods.
