Responsibilities

Requirements
- Minimum education: S1 in Japanese Language, Education, Linguistics, or a related field (Mathematics, Science, German may be considered if complemented by relevant certification).
- High school diploma (SMA/SMK) is the baseline; a bachelor’s degree is mandatory for full‑time teaching.
- Demonstrated ability to teach effectively, with strong classroom management and presentation skills.
- Creative, patient, and highly communicative, able to adapt lessons to diverse learning styles.
- Proficiency in modern instructional methods, including digital platforms, flipped classroom techniques, and project‑based learning.
- Excellent command of both written and spoken Japanese; fluency in Bahasa Indonesia is required for clear communication with students and staff.

- Open to working Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with occasional after‑school or weekend events.
