Responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly, present menus, and provide detailed explanations of daily specials and beverage offerings.
- Take accurate food and drink orders using handheld POS systems, ensuring any dietary restrictions or special requests are clearly communicated to the kitchen staff.
- Serve meals and beverages in a courteous and timely manner, checking back with guests to confirm satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including setting and clearing tables, polishing silverware, and adhering to health‑and‑safety standards.
- Collaborate closely with chefs, bartenders, and fellow wait staff to coordinate service flow during peak hours.
- Handle cash transactions, process credit card payments, and accurately close out checks at the end of each shift.
- Participate in pre‑service briefings, menu tastings, and ongoing training sessions to stay updated on new dishes, promotions, and service protocols.
- Assist with inventory checks for tableware, linens, and condiments, reporting any shortages to management.
- Work efficiently under pressure, maintaining composure while delivering consistent, high‑quality service from Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Open to all genders; both male and female applicants are encouraged to apply.
- Prior experience in a restaurant or café setting is preferred, though enthusiastic newcomers with a strong work ethic are also considered.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is a plus.

- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Comfortable handling high‑stress situations, especially during busy service periods.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and carry trays or plates as needed.
