Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Petugas Kebersihan dan Layanan Pembersihan to join our facilities team. As the front‑line guardian of cleanliness, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining a hygienic, welcoming environment for employees, visitors, and stakeholders. Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of cleaning and maintenance tasks, organized into three core areas:
- Area Utama (Kantor/Lobby)
- Sweeping and mopping floors on a regular schedule to keep high‑traffic zones pristine.
- Dusting desks, chairs, computers, bookshelves, and decorative wall items to prevent accumulation of allergens.
- Cleaning glass surfaces and windows for a clear, professional appearance.
- Emptying trash bins, replacing liners, and ensuring proper waste segregation.
- Removing cobwebs from ceilings and corners to maintain a tidy atmosphere.
- Area Sanitasi (Toilet & Pantry)
- Deep cleaning of toilets, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, walls, and floors, to eliminate odors and uphold hygiene standards.
- Monitoring and replenishing soap dispensers, tissue rolls, and air fresheners.
- Cleaning pantry areas, kitchen sinks, and organizing utensils and supplies.
- Pemeliharaan Umum
- Maintaining cleaning equipment, ensuring proper storage and safe handling of chemicals.
- Reporting any facility damage or equipment malfunction to supervisors promptly.
- Arranging and tidying meeting rooms, executive offices, and other special areas to support smooth operations.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: No upper age limit; candidates of all ages are encouraged to apply.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Experience: At least 1 year of professional cleaning experience in an office, hotel, or similar environment.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of cleaning standards and best practices.
- Proficiency in using mops, vacuums, dusters, and chemical cleaners safely.
- Soft Skills:
- Attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
- Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work independently.
- Good communication skills for reporting issues and coordinating with other staff.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, bending, and lifting.
