This position is a front‑line role in our consumer lending division, responsible for driving new loan acquisition, nurturing client relationships, and ensuring the smooth repayment of personal loan products. Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new individual loan customers in accordance with the company’s business plan and monthly sales targets.
- Conduct thorough credit assessments, including character evaluation and financial capability analysis, to determine loan eligibility and appropriate risk levels.
- Prepare and present loan proposals, explaining product features, interest rates, repayment schedules, and contractual obligations to prospective borrowers.
- Maintain an up‑to‑date pipeline of leads using CRM tools, ensuring accurate documentation of every interaction and follow‑up action.
- Monitor monthly instalment payments, coordinate with the collections team, and proactively address any delinquencies.
- Provide on‑site support for field activities, including attending community events, conducting financial literacy workshops, and representing the brand in local business networks.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, underwriting, and legal departments to streamline the loan approval process and resolve client queries efficiently.
- Prepare regular performance reports for senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and market insights.
- Uphold compliance with all regulatory requirements, internal policies, and ethical standards throughout the sales cycle.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (or equivalent) in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
- Age range: 19‑32 years (maximum 33 years).
- Open to all genders; a balanced and inclusive workplace.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build trust quickly with diverse clientele.
- High degree of honesty, discipline, attention to detail, and self‑motivation.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior experience in sales, loan processing, or customer service is a plus.
- Valid SIM C driver’s license and personal vehicle for field visits.
- Proficiency in debt collection processes, marketing techniques, and persuasive communication.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team, with flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions.
