Introduction
We are seeking a highly skilled Professional Construction Worker (Tukang Bangunan) to join our dynamic building team. This role is pivotal in delivering high‑quality construction and renovation projects, ranging from foundational work to final finishes such as tiling and painting. The successful candidate will interpret architectural drawings, maintain strict safety standards, and collaborate closely with foremen and specialist trades to ensure every project is completed on time and within budget.
Responsibilities
- Execute structural tasks including concrete pouring, foundation laying, brickwork, and wall plastering.
- Perform finishing activities such as roof installation, tile setting, painting, and interior trim work.
- Read, interpret, and verify blueprints, schematics, and work orders provided by architects and engineers.
- Prepare and transport all necessary materials, ensuring proper storage and handling on site.
- Operate construction equipment safely, including concrete mixers, power saws, and lifting tools.
- Conduct minor renovations, repairs, and expansions to existing structures while preserving structural integrity.
- Implement and uphold Occupational Health and Safety (K3) protocols to minimize accidents and maintain a secure work environment.
- Coordinate daily activities with other craftsmen, site supervisors, and specialized contractors to optimize workflow.
- Monitor quality of workmanship, report any discrepancies, and suggest corrective actions promptly.
- Maintain clean and organized work areas, ensuring tools and materials are accounted for at the end of each shift.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Senior High School (SMA) / Vocational School (SMK) or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of proven experience in building construction or renovation.

- Excellent physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy loads regularly.
