Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential new borrowers, guiding them to join Amartha’s micro‑finance programs and ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified prospects.
  • Conduct on‑site visits to assess household economics, provide tailored financial education, and support existing members in managing their micro‑enterprise credit lines.
  • Perform detailed surveys and feasibility analyses of loan applications, adhering strictly to Amartha’s underwriting policies, risk‑assessment frameworks, and regulatory standards.
  • Prepare comprehensive recommendation reports for the credit committee, highlighting risk factors, repayment capacity, and growth potential of each applicant.
  • Facilitate weekly member meetings, monitor repayment schedules, and assist with any service transactions to maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the regional sales and collections teams to synchronize field activities, share market insights, and achieve collective targets.
  • Maintain accurate field records using digital tools, ensuring data integrity for reporting and strategic decision‑making.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Age: up to 33 years old; no upper age limit specified.
  • Gender: Open to all genders.
  • At least 0‑2 years of relevant experience in field sales, community outreach, or micro‑finance is preferred, though fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Possession of a valid motorcycle, personal ownership of the vehicle, and a valid SIM C license.
  • Willingness to work throughout the Boyolali area and surrounding regions, often traveling to remote villages.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust among rural households.
  • Analytical mindset for evaluating creditworthiness and interpreting socioeconomic data.
  • Self‑motivated, resilient, and capable of working independently while meeting weekly and monthly targets.
