Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic Spesialis Penjualan dan Layanan Pelanggan to join our growing team in Palembang. This role focuses on showcasing product applications through hands‑on trials, driving sales in workshop and project environments, and collaborating closely with the sales team to meet aggressive sell‑in targets. The ideal candidate is a motivated male professional, under 35 years of age, with a solid foundation in retail marketing and a passion for customer service excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct product trials, demonstrations, and mock‑up sessions at workshops and project sites to illustrate the value and functionality of our solutions.
  • Engage workshop managers and project leaders, presenting tailored proposals that convert demonstrations into confirmed sales.
  • Work hand‑in‑hand with the Sales Team to develop strategies, share market insights, and collectively achieve monthly and quarterly sell‑in targets.
  • Gather and report competitive intelligence, including pricing, promotional activities, and market trends, to support leadership’s strategic decisions.
  • Participate in continuous employee development programs, including product training, sales techniques, and soft‑skill workshops, to enhance personal performance and career growth.
  • Maintain accurate records of all trial activities, customer interactions, and sales pipelines using the company’s CRM system.
  • Provide after‑sales support and follow‑up to ensure customer satisfaction and foster long‑term relationships.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Age: Not older than 34 years.
  • Gender: Male.
  • Experience: At least 1 year in retail marketing or sales, preferably with hands‑on product demonstration experience.
  • Skills: Strong communication and negotiation abilities, persuasive selling techniques, and a customer‑centric mindset.
  • Technical: Ability to operate and explain product applications; basic computer literacy for CRM entry.
  • Mobility: Own motorbike with a valid SIM C, and willingness to travel within the Palembang region.
  • Residency: Must be domiciled in Palembang or willing to relocate.
  • Commitment to a standard work schedule of 08:00 – 17:00, Monday through Friday, with flexibility for occasional field visits.
