Introduction
PT Dua Kuda Indonesia is seeking a motivated Staff Logistik to join our dynamic team covering the Jabodetabek region. This full‑time position will be hired through the Virtual Hiring Day KitaLulus 2026 x PT Dua Kuda Indonesia event. The role is ideal for recent graduates with a passion for international trade, export‑import operations, and end‑to‑end logistics management. Candidates will work Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00, with occasional overtime and high‑mobility requirements.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, verify, and file export and import documentation in compliance with Indonesian customs regulations and international trade standards.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping agents, and airline carriers to secure cargo space, negotiate rates, and manage booking confirmations.
- Arrange trucking and inland transportation from warehouse to ports or airports, ensuring proper handling for both inbound imports and outbound exports.
- Monitor shipment status through tracking systems, providing regular updates to internal stakeholders and customers to guarantee on‑time delivery.
- Supervise loading and unloading activities, enforce safety protocols, and verify that handling procedures meet company SOPs and industry best practices.
- Maintain accurate logistics administration, including shipment logs, inventory records, and electronic data interchange (EDI) entries.
- Conduct periodic stock‑taking (stock opname) and reconcile physical inventory with system records to identify discrepancies.
- Collaborate with the finance team on customs duties, taxes, and freight cost allocation, ensuring transparent and timely invoicing.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by analysing process bottlenecks, suggesting automation tools, and participating in Kaizen workshops.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1); preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Male candidates, maximum age of 30 years.
- At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in export‑import, freight forwarding, or warehouse logistics.
- Strong administrative skills with meticulous attention to detail in document handling.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with logistics management software.
- Intermediate level or higher English proficiency (both spoken and written) to communicate with international partners.
- Solid understanding of international trade regulations, customs clearance, taxation, and transportation modes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities; capable of working both independently and within cross‑functional teams.
- Experience performing regular stock opname and maintaining accurate inventory data.
- Willingness to work overtime and adapt to a fast‑paced, high‑mobility environment, including occasional field visits to ports or warehouses.
