We are seeking a diligent Admin Channeling Bisnis to join our fast‑growing financing team in Depok, serving the broader Jabodetabek area. This role is a vital link between our Business Channeling partners, the credit underwriting department, and the field operations crew. The successful candidate will ensure that every incoming consumer financing request is captured accurately, processed efficiently, and communicated transparently to all stakeholders.

Responsibilities
- Promptly follow up on every order received through Business Channeling sources, confirming receipt and next steps.
- Gather, verify, and input complete consumer and financing‑object data into the ACCTION system, ensuring compliance with internal data‑quality standards.
- Conduct preliminary checks on credit applications, matching them against RAC (Risk Assessment Criteria) outcomes or consumer grading results.
- Communicate credit approval or rejection decisions to applicants via phone or email, providing clear explanations and next‑action guidance.
- Generate and dispatch survey orders to the Survey Operations Center (SOC) for field verification of collateral and borrower information.
- Coordinate closely with the Sales & Hub Coordination (SHC) team to track the progress of active consumer orders and resolve any bottlenecks.
- Maintain an up‑to‑date repository of all customer interactions, supporting documents, and system entries for audit readiness.
- Assist the credit underwriting team by preparing summary reports and highlighting any data inconsistencies that may affect risk evaluation.
- Participate in regular team huddles to share insights, suggest process improvements, and stay aligned with evolving product offerings.
- Uphold confidentiality and integrity of all consumer information, adhering to data‑protection policies and industry regulations.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; higher education in business administration or finance is a plus.
- Age not exceeding 30 years.
- At least 1 year of experience in an administrative, data‑entry, or customer‑service role, preferably within a fintech or consumer‑finance environment.
- Proficient computer skills, including advanced use of Microsoft Office, database entry systems, and familiarity with fintech platforms such as ACCTION or similar.
- Strong attention to detail, high level of accuracy, and a commitment to data integrity.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, capable of interacting professionally with customers, survey teams, and internal stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative team setting.
- Problem‑solving mindset: able to identify inconsistencies, propose corrective actions, and follow through to resolution.
- Integrity and ethical conduct, especially when handling sensitive financial information.
