Responsibilities

The Administrator will be responsible for a broad range of administrative duties that keep the office running efficiently. Core responsibilities include:

  • Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and packages.
  • Maintaining organized filing systems—both physical and digital—to ensure quick retrieval of documents.
  • Preparing routine reports, meeting minutes, and presentations using basic computer software such as Microsoft Office.
  • Coordinating meeting schedules, booking conference rooms, and arranging necessary equipment.
  • Assisting with payroll preparation, attendance tracking, and basic HR paperwork under supervision.
  • Handling inventory of office supplies, placing orders, and monitoring usage to control costs.
  • Supporting the finance department with invoice processing, data entry, and expense tracking.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies, especially regarding confidentiality and data integrity.
  • Providing courteous front‑desk service, greeting visitors, and directing calls to appropriate departments.
  • Participating in continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting workflow enhancements.

Requirements

To thrive in this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Education: Minimum of SMA/SMK or an equivalent diploma.
  • Gender: Female (as per company policy for this specific role).
  • Marital Status: Unmarried, reflecting the current job specification.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient with basic office software (word processing, spreadsheets, email).
  • Personal Attributes: Extremely meticulous, honest, and trustworthy.
  • Age: No upper age limit; the position is open to fresh graduates.
  • Experience: No prior work experience required; on‑the‑job training will be provided.
  • Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently while also being a supportive team member.
  • Commitment to a regular work schedule: Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
