Introduction
We are a leading private bank seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join our Telemarketing team. As a Telemarketing Representative for our loan products, you will be the first point of contact for prospective customers, helping them understand our consumer loan (KTA) offerings and guiding them through the initial stages of the application process. Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to introduce and promote our KTA (Kredit Tanpa Agunan) loan products.
- Clearly explain product features, eligibility criteria, interest rates, repayment terms, and any promotional offers.
- Gather and verify essential customer information, ensuring data accuracy for downstream processing.
- Schedule appointments for interested prospects with branch relationship managers or loan officers.
- Handle inbound inquiries and resolve customer complaints with empathy and professionalism.
- Maintain a detailed log of calls, outcomes, and follow‑up actions using the bank’s CRM system.
- Build and nurture positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate closely with the sales, marketing, and compliance teams to align messaging with regulatory standards.
- Continuously improve call scripts and outreach strategies based on performance metrics and customer feedback.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: 18‑45 years, open to all genders.
- No prior experience required; fresh graduates with strong communication skills are welcome.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening abilities.
- Professional appearance and a courteous telephone demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple calls and appointments efficiently.
- Team player who can also work independently, demonstrating honesty, discipline, and responsibility.
- Basic computer literacy; familiarity with CRM or call‑center software is a plus.
- Availability to work Monday‑Friday, 08:30‑17:00.
