Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic Manajer Sales to lead our sales team at a prestigious international hotel chain operating in Indonesia. This full‑time position offers a structured work schedule from Monday to Saturday, 08:00‑17:00, and provides an exciting opportunity to shape revenue growth across corporate, government, travel‑agent, and OTA channels. The ideal candidate is a results‑driven female professional with at least two years of proven experience in a comparable role within an international hotel environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the hotel’s annual revenue targets.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate a diverse sales team, conducting regular performance reviews and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Identify and nurture key accounts in the corporate, government, and travel‑agency segments, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and local demand patterns to adjust pricing, promotions, and product offerings.
  • Collaborate closely with the revenue management, marketing, and operations departments to synchronize initiatives and maximize occupancy and average daily rate (ADR).
  • Prepare detailed sales forecasts, pipelines, and KPI reports for senior management review.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly, applying strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills to maintain brand reputation.
  • Utilize hotel management systems (e.g., Opera, PMS) to track bookings, monitor performance, and generate actionable insights.
  • Organize and participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking sessions to expand the hotel’s market presence.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and brand standards in all sales activities.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; a degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field is a plus.
  • At least 2 years of hands‑on experience as a Sales Manager in an international hotel chain.
  • Strong leadership and team‑management abilities, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, and decision‑making skills.
  • Customer‑service orientation with the ability to build long‑term relationships.
  • Deep understanding of the local market segments: corporate, government, travel agents, OTA platforms, etc.
  • Proficiency in hotel management systems and standard office software (MS Office, CRM tools).
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; proficient English communication is highly desirable.
