Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Human Resources Intern (Magang Sumber Daya Manusia) to join our growing talent acquisition team. This internship offers a hands‑on experience in recruitment, psychological testing, and office administration within a fast‑paced corporate environment. The role is ideal for university students in their final semesters of a Psychology program or recent graduates who are eager to apply academic knowledge to real‑world HR practices.
Working hours are Monday through Friday, 08:30 – 17:30, providing a full‑time exposure to the daily operations of a professional HR department. Candidates will collaborate closely with senior recruiters, HR managers, and cross‑functional teams, gaining valuable insights into employee lifecycle management.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the end‑to‑end recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, shortlisting candidates, and coordinating interview schedules.
- Administer, score, and interpret psychological assessments used during candidate evaluations, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
- Support onboarding activities such as preparing offer letters, gathering employee documentation, and organizing orientation sessions.
- Participate in off‑boarding procedures, including exit interviews, equipment retrieval, and final paperwork processing.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to reflect real‑time recruitment statuses.
- Prepare regular HR reports and dashboards using Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Coordinate internal training sessions and assist with scheduling external workshops.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including filing, document management, and office supply ordering.
- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve recruitment workflows and candidate experience.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Psychology or a related field; currently enrolled university students (minimum 7th semester) are also welcome.
- Age limit: up to 25 years old; all genders are encouraged to apply.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in HR, recruitment, or administrative roles (internship experience counts).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic familiarity with applicant tracking systems.
- Strong knowledge of administrative processes, office management, and documentation standards.
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Team‑player mindset with the capability to work independently when required.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
