Introduction
We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Analyst in Corporate Finance to join our dynamic finance team. The successful candidate will work closely with senior finance managers, providing accurate financial reporting, conducting thorough reconciliations, and supporting internal audit activities.
Responsibilities
- Prepare comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for assigned business units, ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards.
- Perform detailed financial reconciliations, including bank, intercompany, and balance‑sheet accounts, to identify and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Assist internal and external auditors during audit cycles, supplying required documentation, explanations, and corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain financial models in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets to support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to management for improving profitability and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—such as tax, treasury, and procurement—to ensure accurate data flow and alignment with corporate policies.
- Participate in the implementation of process improvements, automation tools, and best‑practice procedures to enhance the speed and accuracy of financial reporting.
- Maintain organized filing systems and electronic repositories for all financial documents, ensuring data integrity and easy retrieval.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting, Taxation, Finance, or a related field.
- Age & Gender: Applicants must be male, single, and no older than 35 years.
- Experience: 0–2 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates with strong academic performance are encouraged to apply.
- Technical Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) and Google Sheets.
- Familiarity with accounting software and business applications (e.g., ACLS, ADC, AVR).
- Solid understanding of financial accounting principles and tax regulations.
- Soft Skills:
- Exceptional attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Effective communication skills in both written and verbal Indonesian.
- Adaptability, cultural awareness, and quick learning capability.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00.
