Responsibilities
- Assist in the design, development, and testing of new engineering solutions, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and industry standards.
- Conduct systematic evaluations of existing products and processes, identifying opportunities for cost reduction, performance enhancement, and quality improvement.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data using Microsoft Excel and other analytical tools to produce actionable insights and detailed evaluation reports.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation, including design drawings, test procedures, and evaluation results, utilizing SolidWorks and other CAD software.
- Collaborate with senior engineers, project managers, and production staff to support project timelines, troubleshoot technical issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Participate in regular team meetings, presenting findings and recommendations in clear, professional communication.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by contributing ideas, conducting root‑cause analyses, and assisting in the implementation of best practices.
- Adhere to health, safety, and environmental policies, ensuring a safe working environment for all team members.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related fields).
- Fresh graduates are welcome; up to 0 years of professional experience required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and solid working knowledge of SolidWorks or similar CAD software.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English.
- Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams and demonstrate a collaborative mindset.
- Analytical thinking, problem‑solving aptitude, and attention to detail.
- High level of motivation, eagerness to learn, and adaptability to a fast‑changing engineering environment.
