We are expanding our outpatient services and are seeking a full‑time General Practitioner (Dokter Umum) to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive outpatient consultations, diagnosing and managing acute and chronic medical conditions in accordance with national clinical guidelines.
- Conduct thorough physical examinations, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Prescribe medications, therapeutic procedures, and preventive care measures, ensuring patient safety and adherence to regulatory standards.
- Participate in the hospital’s shift schedule, covering Monday through Saturday, 08:00–17:00, and be on call for emergency referrals as needed.
- Collaborate closely with nurses, specialists, laboratory staff, and pharmacy personnel to coordinate seamless patient care.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date medical records in the hospital’s electronic health‑record (EHR) system.
- Educate patients and their families on disease management, lifestyle modification, and preventive health strategies.
- Attend regular departmental meetings, case reviews, and continuous medical education (CME) sessions to stay current with evolving medical knowledge.
- Support quality improvement initiatives, infection control protocols, and patient safety programs within the outpatient department.
- Contribute to community outreach programs, health screening events, and public health campaigns organized by the hospital.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Medicine from an accredited university.
- Licensure: Valid Surat Tanda Registrasi (STR) for medical practice in Indonesia.
- Age: Not older than 35 years at the time of application.
- Certifications: Current ATLS (Advanced Trauma Life Support), ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support), and PPGD (Basic Emergency Obstetric & Neonatal Care) certificates.
- Experience: Fresh graduates are welcome; however, any clinical internship or residency experience in outpatient or emergency care is advantageous.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Core Skills: Strong clinical assessment abilities, effective communication, teamwork, time management, and a patient‑focused attitude.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with electronic medical record systems, basic laboratory interpretation, and emergency response protocols.
- Work Schedule: Willingness to work a rotating shift system, Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00, with occasional weekend or night on‑call duties.
- Location: Placement at RS Kurnia Serang, Serang, Banten.
