Responsibilities

  • Manage all daily branch activities, including loan processing, cash handling, and customer service, to guarantee smooth and efficient operations.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of Business Officers (BO) and administrative staff on a regular basis, providing constructive feedback and coaching.
  • Develop and execute business growth strategies for the branch, aligning with regional targets set by the Area and Branch Managers.
  • Ensure that all sales and portfolio quality targets are achieved, and prepare consolidated reports for senior management.
  • Maintain high standards of portfolio health by overseeing credit assessment, disbursement, and collection processes in accordance with SOPs.
  • Actively resolve operational issues—both internal and external—by coordinating with the head office, field teams, and external partners to deliver timely solutions.
  • Lead regular monitoring and reporting cycles, producing accurate performance dashboards that highlight key metrics such as loan approvals, delinquency rates, and revenue growth.
  • Foster strong relationships with local community leaders, government agencies, and partner organizations to expand the branch’s reach and reputation.
  • Promote a culture of compliance, risk awareness, and ethical conduct across the branch team.
  • Plan and conduct staff training sessions on product knowledge, sales techniques, and regulatory updates to continuously improve team capability.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
  • At least 3 years of experience in micro‑finance or related financial services, with a proven track record of achieving lending targets.
  • Strong leadership and team‑building abilities, capable of motivating staff to exceed performance standards.
  • Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and the ability to build rapport with both internal stakeholders and external customers.
  • Result‑oriented mindset with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes.
  • Proficiency in data acquisition, debt collection processes, and strategic planning.
  • Possession of a valid motor vehicle license (SIM) and personal two‑wheel transportation for branch visits.
  • Age not exceeding 35 years; all genders are welcome to apply.
  • Flexibility to work Monday‑Friday, 08:00‑17:00, with occasional field visits outside standard hours.
