Introduction

We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Admin Purchasing Pengadaan to join our dynamic procurement team. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our organization maintains optimal inventory levels, secures high‑quality supplies, and supports seamless operations across all departments. Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain accurate purchase forecasts for daily, weekly, and monthly requirements, aligning with production schedules and sales projections.
  • Execute the full procurement cycle, from sourcing vendors to placing purchase orders (PO), ensuring timely delivery of goods.
  • Manage all purchasing documentation, including PO, delivery orders (DO), invoices, and packing lists, guaranteeing compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Coordinate with finance to verify payments and confirm that all invoices are correctly processed and matched to received goods.
  • Inspect received merchandise for quantity, specification, and quality compliance; resolve any discrepancies with suppliers promptly.
  • Enter and update inventory data in the ERP system, monitor stock movements, and process any necessary adjustments or mutations.
  • Generate comprehensive stock reports and analytical dashboards on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to support strategic decision‑making.
  • Maintain optimal stock levels to prevent stock‑outs or excess inventory, collaborating closely with warehouse and production teams.
  • Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate terms, and cultivate long‑term relationships that enhance cost efficiency and service quality.
  • Continuously improve purchasing processes by recommending best practices, automation opportunities, and cost‑saving initiatives.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: D3/D4 in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in purchasing, procurement, or logistics within a manufacturing or distribution environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and experienced with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
  • Strong understanding of procurement documents (PO, DO, invoices, packing lists) and the ability to audit them for accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of securing favorable terms.
  • High level of integrity, discipline, honesty, and accountability.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, forecast demand, and present actionable insights.
  • Effective time‑management and organizational abilities to handle multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Gender: Open to all genders.
  • Work schedule: Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00.
