Introduction
Adira Multi Finance, a leading provider of consumer financing solutions in Indonesia, is seeking a motivated Officer Remedial (Collection) to join its Manokwari branch. This role is critical in ensuring the timely recovery of overdue receivables, supporting the company’s cash flow stability, and maintaining strong relationships with borrowers. The successful candidate will work within a dynamic, target‑driven environment, collaborating closely with credit analysts, sales teams, and legal advisors to achieve collection goals while upholding the highest standards of integrity and customer service.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the full cycle of overdue accounts receivable (A/R) to ensure collections are completed within established timelines.
- Monitor credit portfolios, identify high‑risk accounts, and develop proactive collection strategies.
- Conduct regular phone calls, emails, and field visits to negotiate repayment plans with delinquent borrowers.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly collection reports for senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and trends.
- Coordinate with the credit approval team to verify borrower information and assess repayment capacity.
- Work closely with the legal department to initiate legal actions when necessary, including filing of lawsuits or processing of collateral.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all collection activities in the company’s CRM system.
- Educate customers on repayment options, restructuring possibilities, and the importance of maintaining a good credit history.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting process enhancements that increase collection efficiency.
- Adhere to all regulatory and internal compliance requirements related to debt recovery.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (Associate or Bachelor’s degree) in any discipline; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Male candidates only, aged 29 years or younger.
- At least 1 year of experience in collections, credit monitoring, or related financial services is preferred.
- Strong understanding of multi‑finance business processes and a results‑oriented mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven negotiation abilities.
- High level of integrity, perseverance, attention to detail, and honesty.
- Proficiency in using credit management software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Willingness to be placed at the Adira Manokwari branch in accordance with domicile.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00.
