Introduction
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Kurir Motor Ekspedisi to join our fast‑growing logistics team covering the Depok, Pancoran Mas, Cildong, and Cimanggis areas. As a motorbike courier, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that parcels reach customers promptly and in perfect condition. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a dynamic, on‑the‑road environment, possess strong interpersonal skills, and are comfortable handling cash‑on‑delivery (COD) transactions.
Responsibilities
- Pick up packages from the warehouse or partner locations and deliver them to the designated recipients within the assigned service zones.
- Verify that each parcel is intact, correctly labeled, and matches the delivery order before departure.
- Handle COD (Cash On Delivery) transactions securely, provide receipts to customers, and ensure accurate accounting of collected funds.
- Maintain up‑to‑date records of sender and receiver information, including contact details and special delivery instructions.
- Submit real‑time delivery reports through our digital platform, noting any exceptions, delays, or customer feedback.
- Plan efficient delivery routes using GPS or mobile mapping apps to minimize travel time and fuel consumption.
- Conduct basic vehicle inspections before and after each shift, reporting any maintenance needs to the operations team.
- Represent the company professionally during all customer interactions, addressing inquiries and resolving minor issues on the spot.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMP/MTS or equivalent (SMA/SMK preferred but not mandatory).
- Male candidates, aged 18‑45 years.
- Valid KTP (National ID), KK (Family Card), personal bank account, and a copy of the elementary school diploma.
- Possession of a clean and current motorcycle driving license (SIM C) with at least one year of riding experience.
- Basic proficiency with digital communication tools (WhatsApp, email, mobile delivery apps).
- Strong interpersonal and customer‑service orientation, with the ability to remain courteous under pressure.
- Excellent time‑management skills and a proven track record of punctuality.
- Ability to handle cash responsibly and perform simple arithmetic for COD settlements.
