Introduction
We are seeking a proactive Administrator Pengelola Marketplace Online to join our dynamic e‑commerce team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing multiple online marketplaces such as TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Tokopedia, ensuring product listings are accurate, orders are processed efficiently, and customers receive exceptional service. This role offers a fast‑paced environment where attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure are essential.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations across all assigned marketplaces, including TikTok Shop, Shopee, Tokopedia, and emerging platforms.
- Input, update, and maintain product information, pricing, and inventory levels to reflect real‑time stock availability.
- Process orders promptly, verify payment confirmations, and coordinate shipment preparation with the warehouse team.
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and marketplace messaging, providing accurate information and fostering a positive brand experience.
- Handle returns, complaints, and order issues, working closely with logistics and quality‑control teams to resolve problems swiftly.
- Generate and analyze periodic sales and inventory reports using Excel or Google Sheets, identifying trends and recommending improvements.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to launch promotions, flash sales, and new product launches.
- Monitor marketplace performance metrics (e.g., conversion rate, order defect rate) and implement corrective actions to meet target KPIs.
- Maintain compliance with each platform’s policies, ensuring listings are accurate and do not violate any terms of service.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a Marketplace Administrator or similar role, handling platforms such as TikTok Shop, Shopee, or Tokopedia.
- Proficient in using marketplace dashboards, order management systems, and spreadsheet tools (Excel or Google Sheets).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; ability to convey information clearly to customers and internal teams.
- Detail‑oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines.
- Resilient under pressure with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and maintaining high service standards.
- Educational background of at least SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Female candidates only, as per company policy for this specific position.
- Immediate availability to join the team and work a Monday‑Saturday schedule, 09:00‑17:00.
