Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential retail and wholesale partners within the assigned territory.
- Conduct on‑site product demonstrations and explain value propositions to prospective clients.
- Negotiate terms, close sales agreements, and ensure proper onboarding of new partners.
- Maintain accurate daily activity logs, update CRM records, and report sales metrics to the regional manager.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to recommend strategic adjustments.
- Collaborate with logistics and after‑sales teams to guarantee timely delivery and service quality.
- Participate in weekly team meetings, training sessions, and community events to enhance brand visibility.
- Uphold company policies, ethical standards, and safety protocols while operating a personal motorbike for field visits.
Requirements
- Male or female candidates, maximum age 28 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree (S1) is a plus.
- Own a reliable motorbike and possess a valid driver’s license.
- Willingness to work as a field‑based marketing professional on a full‑time basis.
- Readiness to sign an initial 12‑month contract, with the prospect of permanent employment thereafter.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust quickly.
- Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and able to work independently under minimal supervision.
- Basic analytical skills for sales forecasting and performance tracking.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and travel within the assigned region.

- Work schedule: Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 19:00 (weekends off).
