Responsibilities
- Operate company‑owned vehicles to transport goods and passengers to designated locations within the assigned schedule.
- Conduct pre‑trip inspections, checking oil levels, tire pressure, brakes, and safety equipment to guarantee vehicle readiness.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs, fuel receipts, and mileage reports for administrative purposes.
- Load and unload cargo safely, securing items to prevent damage during transit.
- Provide courteous assistance to passengers, including helping with luggage and answering basic inquiries.
- Adhere to all traffic regulations and company policies, including speed limits, route planning, and emergency procedures.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, supervisors, and customers to report delays, traffic conditions, or vehicle issues.
- Participate in regular safety training sessions and stay updated on industry best practices.
- Assist in routine vehicle maintenance tasks such as cleaning, refueling, and minor repairs.
- Support fellow team members during peak periods, demonstrating flexibility and a collaborative spirit.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent (high school diploma).
- Age between 18 and 35 years.

- Valid driver’s license appropriate for the vehicle class being operated.
- At least 0–2 years of driving experience; prior experience in logistics or passenger transport is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and follow instructions from supervisors.

- Physical stamina to handle loading/unloading tasks and sit for extended periods.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and safety checks.
