Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Senior Accounting Staff – Financial Records Management to join our dynamic finance team within a fast‑growing manufacturing organization. Responsibilities
- Manage the full cycle of Accounts Payable (AP), including invoice verification, vendor reconciliations, and timely payments.
- Oversee Accounts Receivable (AR) activities such as billing, cash application, and collection follow‑ups to maintain healthy cash flow.
- Prepare and post accurate journal entries, ensuring alignment with corporate accounting policies and IFRS/GAAP standards.
- Execute month‑end and year‑end closing procedures, producing trial balances, financial statements, and supporting schedules.
- Handle basic corporate tax filings and compliance, collaborating with external tax advisors when necessary.
- Utilize SAP for transaction entry, reporting, and data extraction, maintaining system integrity and user permissions.
- Assist internal and external auditors by providing documentation, explanations, and corrective actions.
- Develop and monitor internal controls to safeguard assets and improve process efficiency.
- Generate regular management reports on cost of goods sold, inventory valuation, and profitability analysis.
- Train junior accounting staff on best practices, SAP functionalities, and regulatory updates.
Requirements
- Female candidates, maximum age of 30 years, non‑hijab (as per client specification).
- Minimum education: D3/D4 in Accounting; Bachelor’s degree (S1) preferred with a GPA of at least 3.5.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in an accounting role within a manufacturing environment.
- Proven experience handling AP, AR, journal entries, and basic tax matters.
- Strong proficiency with SAP (transaction processing, reporting, and master data maintenance).
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Effective communication abilities, both written and verbal, in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, meeting tight deadlines.
- Availability to start in early May 2026 and willingness to commit to a 3‑month contract, with potential for extension.
- Work schedule: Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00.
