We are seeking a dynamic Business Partner – Penempatan Tarub dan Suradadi who will act as the frontline liaison between Amartha and our target customers, driving loan acquisition, client education, and portfolio health.
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential new borrowers, focusing on women entrepreneurs in the Tarub and Suradadi regions, and invite them to join Amartha’s financing programs.
- Provide comprehensive household‑economic counseling to existing members, guiding them through credit‑use best practices and helping them scale their micro‑businesses.
- Conduct on‑site surveys and feasibility analyses for loan applications, ensuring compliance with Amartha’s underwriting policies, risk‑assessment frameworks, and documentation standards.
- Prepare detailed recommendation reports for the Credit Committee, highlighting borrower creditworthiness, repayment capacity, and alignment with Amartha’s impact goals.
- Facilitate weekly member meetings, oversee transaction processing, and serve as the primary point of contact for any service‑related inquiries.
- Monitor repayment schedules, proactively address delinquency risks, and coordinate with the collections team to ensure smooth and timely instalment collections.
- Maintain accurate field data using Amartha’s digital applications, regularly updating client profiles, loan status, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with internal marketing and product teams to tailor financial products to the unique needs of rural women entrepreneurs.
- Report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as new client acquisition, loan disbursement volume, and repayment rates to senior management.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: up to 30 years old.
- Gender: all genders are welcome.
- At least 1 year of experience in field sales, micro‑finance, or community outreach.
- Strong understanding of financial applications and data analysis tools.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build trust in rural communities.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet weekly targets.
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia; additional local dialects are a plus.
- High level of integrity, empathy, and a passion for women’s economic empowerment.
