Introduction

PT Solo Murni is launching the Program Pengembangan Sales Academy (MT SALES), an intensive Sales Academy Development Program (SADP) designed to transform recent graduates and entry‑level talent into high‑performing sales professionals. Participants will receive comprehensive training in sales and marketing, gain real‑world experience across major Indonesian cities, and be positioned as future leaders within the company’s nationwide sales network.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and emerging opportunities in assigned territories.
  • Develop and execute prospecting strategies, including cold calling, networking events, and digital outreach.
  • Build and nurture long‑term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Present product portfolios and tailor solutions to meet the specific needs of each customer.
  • Negotiate contracts, close sales, and achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, activity reports, and pipeline updates for senior management.
  • Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and after‑sales teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
  • Participate in regular training sessions, workshops, and mentorship meetings to continuously improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
  • Represent PT Solo Murni at regional trade fairs, conferences, and client visits, showcasing the brand’s value proposition.
  • Assist the management team in designing succession pipelines and identifying high‑potential talent for future leadership roles.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum D3/D4 degree in any discipline.
  • Age: No upper age limit; candidates of any age are encouraged to apply.
  • Gender: Open to all genders.
  • Experience: Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 0 years of professional experience are welcome.
  • Special Requirements:
    • Passionate about sales and eager to develop a career in a fast‑moving environment.

    • Willingness to travel extensively across major Indonesian cities and to relocate to any PT Solo Murni branch.

    • Prepared to sign a service bond (Ikatan Dinas) as part of the program.
  • General Requirements:
    • Own reliable motor vehicle and a valid SIM C driver’s license.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet demanding sales targets.
    • Strong analytical mindset to interpret market demand and customer feedback.
    • High ethical standards and professional conduct.
  • Work Schedule: Monday – Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
