To keep up with increasing order volumes, we are looking for diligent and reliable Staff Packing members who will play a critical role in ensuring that every purchase is prepared, packaged, and dispatched accurately and on time. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a dynamic warehouse environment, can manage tight deadlines, and are comfortable working both day and night shifts. Candidates will join a supportive team that values honesty, discipline, and a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities
- Gather items from the picking area, verify SKU numbers, and ensure the correct quantity is prepared for each order.
- Package products securely using appropriate materials (boxes, bubble wrap, padding) to prevent damage during transit.
- Label each package with shipping information, barcodes, and tracking numbers, and enter the data into the order management system.
- Conduct a final quality check to confirm that all items match the order sheet and meet company standards for presentation.
- Maintain a clean and organized packing station, adhering to safety protocols and proper handling of hazardous or fragile items.
- Collaborate with the inventory control team to report discrepancies, stock shortages, or damaged goods promptly.
- Adapt to fluctuating order volumes, especially during promotional periods, by working efficiently under pressure.
- Participate in regular shift handovers, communicating any outstanding tasks or issues to the incoming team.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- No prior experience required; on‑the‑job training will be provided.

- Demonstrated honesty and discipline in previous work or academic settings.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight packing deadlines.
- Willingness to work night shifts and flexible scheduling, including weekends (Monday‑Saturday).
- Basic communication skills in speaking and understanding Indonesian, enabling clear interaction with supervisors and teammates.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads safely.
