We are currently seeking a dedicated Asisten Dapur – Penunjang Operasional Dapur Profesional to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in supporting day‑to‑day kitchen activities, ensuring that our chefs can focus on creating exceptional dishes while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist chefs and kitchen supervisors in preparing ingredients, including washing, peeling, chopping, and portioning according to recipe specifications.
- Operate, clean, and maintain kitchen equipment such as ovens, grills, fryers, mixers, and food processors, ensuring they are ready for each shift.
- Monitor stock levels of raw materials, basic supplies, and cleaning agents; report shortages and assist with inventory counts.
- Maintain strict hygiene standards by following HACCP guidelines, performing regular sanitation of workstations, utensils, and storage areas.
- Support the mise en place process, ensuring all stations are stocked and organized before service begins.
- Assist in the receipt, inspection, and proper storage of deliveries, confirming that all items meet quality and safety standards.
- Handle waste segregation, recycling, and disposal in accordance with environmental and company policies.
- Provide timely assistance during high‑volume periods, such as lunch and dinner rushes, to keep service flow uninterrupted.
- Communicate effectively with team members, reporting any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or operational issues to the kitchen manager.
- Adhere to the 8‑hour shift schedule, arriving punctually and completing assigned tasks before the end of the shift.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Gender: Female (as specified for this position).
- Age: Up to 30 years old.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and have personal transportation.
- Not currently enrolled in any educational program.
- Demonstrated honesty, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work an 8‑hour shift, Monday through Saturday (08:00 – 17:00).
- Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment operation and food safety practices.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
