As a Kurir Pengantar Barang dengan Motor dan Mobil, you will be the front‑line ambassador of our brand, ensuring that customers receive their parcels on time, in perfect condition, and with a smile. Responsibilities
- Deliver parcels, documents, and e‑commerce orders to residential and corporate customers across Central and West Jakarta.
- Plan optimal routes using Google Maps, traffic‑aware navigation tools, and real‑time order queues.
- Handle and transport a variety of goods, including delicate gadgets and high‑value items, while adhering to safety and handling protocols.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs, obtain customer signatures, and update the dispatch system after each drop‑off.
- Communicate proactively with the operations team regarding any delivery exceptions, traffic delays, or customer inquiries.
- Assist with on‑site pickups, returns processing, and occasional inventory checks as part of the broader courier scope.
- Achieve daily and weekly delivery targets, contributing to overall service level agreements (SLAs).
- Provide friendly, courteous customer service, addressing questions, resolving minor issues, and representing the company’s values.
- Participate in weekly briefings and occasional after‑hours shifts to meet peak‑period demand.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Male candidates, aged 35 years or younger.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in delivery, ride‑hailing (Gojek/Grab) or similar logistics roles.
- Valid Indonesian driving licenses: SIM A (car) and SIM C (motorcycle) – both are mandatory.
- Own a reliable motorbike and have access to a functional car (company may provide a vehicle for certain routes).
- Residence in DKI Jakarta, preferably in Central (Jakarta Pusat) or West Jakarta (Jakarta Barat).
- Current SKCK or Police Good Conduct Certificate to be presented at interview.
- Strong familiarity with gadgets and basic tech troubleshooting (useful for handling electronics shipments).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to interact positively with diverse customers.
- Detail‑oriented, able to work under pressure, and comfortable meeting quantitative targets.
- Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and public holidays when required.
