This role is ideal for young adults aged 18‑25 who are passionate about coffee culture, enjoy a fast‑paced environment, and thrive on delivering exceptional service. As a front‑line ambassador of our brand, you will help create memorable experiences for every guest while honing your craft in latte art and beverage preparation.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of espresso‑based drinks, teas, and specialty beverages in accordance with company standards.
- Demonstrate basic latte art techniques, ensuring each cup is visually appealing and consistent.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work station, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Handle cash transactions, operate the POS system, and accurately process orders.
- Provide friendly, knowledgeable, and prompt service to all customers, addressing inquiries and special requests.
- Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies, and communicate stock needs to the shift supervisor.
- Assist in opening and closing procedures, including equipment cleaning, cash reconciliation, and store walkthroughs.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow during peak hours and special promotions.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay current with new menu items, brewing techniques, and customer service best practices.
- Uphold the brand’s visual standards by maintaining a neat and attractive personal appearance.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age between 18 and 25 years.
- Prior experience as a barista is preferred, with a solid grasp of basic latte art.
- Excellent communication skills, a warm and approachable demeanor, and the ability to work well in a team.
- Strong sense of discipline, honesty, and responsibility.
- High initiative, ability to multitask, and adaptability to changing customer demands.
- Professional, tidy appearance that reflects the brand’s image.
- Resident of Tangerang Selatan (BSD area preferred) with reliable transportation.
- Flexible schedule; availability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
- Proficiency with basic store management systems or willingness to learn.
