Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Relationship Officer to join the BCA Finance team in Tarakan. This role is pivotal in expanding our market presence, building strong partnerships, and delivering exceptional financial solutions to our customers. The successful candidate will work primarily in the field, interacting directly with clients and partners to promote BCA Finance products while ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards, including the Personal Data Protection Act (UU No. 27/2022).
Responsibilities
- Market BCA Finance’s range of financial products to existing and potential customers, actively seeking opportunities to broaden the company’s footprint in the Tarakan region.
- Develop and nurture relationships with business partners, dealers, and community stakeholders to create a robust referral network.
- Conduct on‑site surveys and perform detailed credit and eligibility analyses to assess consumer suitability for financing solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales and underwriting teams to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, providing regular progress reports.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, proposals, and outcomes in the company’s CRM system, ensuring data integrity and privacy compliance.
- Represent BCA Finance at local events, trade shows, and community gatherings to enhance brand visibility.
- Identify market trends and competitor activities, offering strategic insights to senior management for continuous improvement.
- Provide post‑sale support, assisting clients with documentation, repayments, and any service-related inquiries.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum D3/D4; a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any discipline is preferred.
- Academic Performance: Minimum GPA of 2.50.
- Age: No upper age limit; candidates of any age are welcome.
- Gender: Male (as specified by the hiring policy).
- Work Experience: Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; 0+ years of relevant experience.
- Core Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, persuasive negotiation techniques, and a customer‑focused mindset.
- Mobility: Valid SIM C driver’s license and personal motorcycle for field visits.
- Residence: Must be domiciled in Tarakan or surrounding areas to ensure prompt coverage of the assigned territory.
- Personal Traits: Enthusiastic about field work, self‑driven, resilient under pressure, and capable of working independently as well as within a team.
- Compliance: Willingness to adhere to data protection regulations (UU No. 27/2022) and consent to the use of personal data for recruitment purposes.
