Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new B2C and B2B customers within the designated Malang Raya territory.
- Conduct face‑to‑face visits, product demonstrations, and presentations to showcase our offerings.
- Develop and execute localized digital marketing campaigns (social media, email, SEO) to generate leads and support field activities.
- Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate contact information, sales activities, and follow‑up notes.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by converting leads into qualified orders.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials, flyers, and online content that resonate with the local audience.
- Provide timely market feedback, competitor insights, and customer preferences to help shape product strategy.
- Prepare regular performance reports and present key metrics to the sales manager.
- Utilize a personal vehicle to travel across the Malang region, ensuring prompt service and coverage of all assigned accounts.
- Participate in periodic training sessions to stay current on product knowledge and digital marketing best practices.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.

- Highly disciplined, honest, and resilient (ulet) with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Deep familiarity with the Malang Raya area, including key commercial zones and customer demographics.
- Own a reliable motor vehicle for mobile field work.
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel daily and adapt to a mobile work schedule (Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00).
- Basic understanding of digital marketing tools (social media platforms, email marketing, analytics) is a plus.
- No minimum years of experience required; fresh graduates with the right attitude are encouraged to apply.
