Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Teknisi Gedung (Building Technician) to join our dynamic team in Bandung Barat. This role is essential for maintaining the operational integrity of our facilities, ensuring that mechanical and electrical systems function safely and efficiently. Responsibilities
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on mechanical equipment such as HVAC units, pumps, and compressors.
- Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems including lighting circuits, power distribution panels, and motor controls.
- Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns, diagnose faults, and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs, service reports, and inventory records of spare parts.
- Coordinate with external vendors for specialized repairs and ensure compliance with safety standards and local regulations.
- Conduct regular safety inspections of building infrastructure, identifying potential hazards and recommending improvements.
- Assist in the planning and execution of small‑scale renovation projects, providing technical input on material selection and equipment installation.
- Support the procurement team by specifying technical requirements for new tools and equipment.
- Mentor junior staff or apprentices, sharing best practices for troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Experience: At least 1 year of hands‑on experience as a building technician or in a related mechanical/electrical role; candidates with 6 months of relevant experience will also be considered.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, hydraulics) and electrical fundamentals (circuits, wiring, motor control).
- Physical Ability: Good physical health, able to lift moderate loads, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces.
- Transportation: Ownership of a motor vehicle for site visits and emergency calls.
- Soft Skills: High work ethic, problem‑solving mindset, excellent communication, and teamwork orientation.

- Work Schedule: Full‑time, Monday‑Friday, 08:00 – 17:00 (exact days to be confirmed).
