Introduction
We are seeking dedicated Petugas Kebersihan (Cleaning Service) professionals to join our dynamic facilities management team. This role is essential for maintaining a safe, hygienic, and welcoming environment for both staff and visitors across our diverse portfolio of commercial and residential properties. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong work ethic, reliability, and an eye for detail while thriving in a fast‑paced, shift‑based schedule.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily cleaning of office spaces, conference rooms, restrooms, lobbies, and common areas according to established standards.
- Execute routine floor care, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing of hard‑surface and carpeted areas.
- Maintain cleanliness of windows, glass partitions, and exterior entranceways, ensuring a spotless first impression.
- Collect, sort, and dispose of waste responsibly, adhering to recycling and hazardous waste guidelines.
- Restock supplies such as soap, paper towels, toilet paper, and cleaning agents, and report inventory needs to the supervisor.
- Inspect facilities for safety hazards (e.g., spills, broken fixtures) and promptly address or report them.
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment (e.g., floor scrubbers, pressure washers) safely and efficiently.
- Document completed tasks and any irregularities using a mobile device and WhatsApp communication as required.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless handover between shifts and uphold consistent quality.
- Assist with occasional deep‑cleaning projects, such as carpet shampooing, upholstery cleaning, and post‑event cleanup.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: 20‑30 years old.
- Gender: All genders accepted.
- Experience: At least 1 year of professional cleaning or housekeeping experience; prior experience in a similar shift‑based environment is a strong advantage.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficient in basic household and commercial cleaning techniques.
- Ability to operate standard cleaning equipment safely.
- Own a smartphone and comfortable using WhatsApp for daily communication and reporting.
- Core Competencies:
- Strong sense of honesty, discipline, and reliability.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cohesive team.
- Resilience under pressure and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Excellent time‑management and attention to detail.
- Work Schedule:
- Two days morning shift (06:00‑16:00)
- Two days afternoon shift (10:00‑20:00)
- Two days night shift (20:00‑06:00)
- Two consecutive rest days, followed by a return to the morning shift.
- Availability to work Monday through Sunday as required.
