Responsibilities
- Identify and engage new potential borrowers, presenting Amartha’s loan products and guiding them through the enrollment process.
- Conduct on‑site economic counseling for household members, assessing income streams, expenses, and financial goals to tailor appropriate financing solutions.
- Perform detailed field surveys and feasibility analyses on loan applications, ensuring compliance with Amartha’s underwriting policies, risk standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and documentation for each prospect, highlighting creditworthiness, repayment capacity, and any mitigating risk factors.
- Manage the full cycle of loan disbursement and repayment collection, coordinating with the central operations team to resolve payment issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, update the CRM system daily, and provide timely feedback to improve the loan approval workflow.
- Collaborate with local community leaders, NGOs, and cooperatives to build trust and expand Amartha’s presence in the region.
- Participate in regular training sessions and workshops to stay current on financial inclusion best practices and digital lending innovations.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; higher education in Business, Economics, or Social Sciences is a plus.
- Age between 18 and 30 years (maximum 33 years accepted for experienced candidates).
- Both male and female applicants are welcome; female candidates are preferred to align with community outreach goals.
- Own reliable transportation (motorcycle or car) to travel across the Majalengka area on a daily basis.
- Strong integrity, honesty, attention to detail, and a disciplined work ethic.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly in diverse cultural settings.
- Resilience and adaptability to work independently in field conditions, often under tight schedules.
- Experience in micro‑finance, sales, or community development is advantageous, but fresh graduates with the right attitude are encouraged to apply.
