Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential borrowers within the Kuningan Point Cilimus region, presenting Amartha’s loan programs and encouraging participation.
- Conduct in‑depth household economic assessments, offering guidance and financial literacy support to existing members.
- Perform on‑site surveys and feasibility analyses of loan applications, adhering strictly to Amartha’s underwriting policies, risk criteria, and documentation standards.
- Coordinate the collection of repayments, maintaining accurate records and following up with borrowers to ensure timely payments.
- Document field activities in the company’s CRM system, providing daily reports on outreach, approvals, and collection status.
- Collaborate with regional supervisors and the credit team to resolve any issues that arise during the loan cycle.
- Participate in community events and local networking groups to raise awareness of Amartha’s services and reinforce brand trust.
- Continuously monitor market trends and competitor offerings, offering feedback to improve product design and outreach strategies.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age range: 18‑30 years (maximum 33 years acceptable for mature candidates).

- Possession of a personal vehicle is essential for daily field visits.
- Strong personal integrity, honesty, attention to detail, and disciplined work habits.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build trust quickly.

- Basic digital literacy; familiarity with mobile data collection tools is a plus.
