Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new corporate and individual clients for BRI Finance’s loan, deposit, and wealth‑management products.
- Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns in collaboration with the corporate communications team to enhance brand visibility in the Pontianak region.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers, providing ongoing account support, cross‑selling opportunities, and timely resolution of inquiries.
- Prepare detailed sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance metrics for senior management, ensuring alignment with quarterly targets.
- Conduct market research to monitor competitor activities, regulatory changes, and emerging financial trends that may impact sales strategies.
- Ensure full compliance with BRI Finance’s internal policies, AML/KYC procedures, and applicable banking regulations throughout the sales process.
- Participate in regular training sessions and workshops to stay current on product knowledge, digital banking tools, and best practices in sales techniques.
- Represent BRI Finance at local business events, seminars, and community outreach programs to build a positive corporate image.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (Associate or Bachelor’s degree) in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Age: 35 years or younger.
- Gender: Male (as specified by the client’s current operational needs).
- At least 1 year of proven experience in marketing, sales, or banking services.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
- Professional appearance and demeanor, reflecting BRI Finance’s brand standards.
- Willingness to be placed at the BRI Finance unit that matches the applicant’s domicile and the company’s staffing requirements.
- Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Proficiency with MS Office, CRM systems, and basic data analysis tools.
