Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic Consultant for Education Services to join our growing team in Jakarta. This role focuses on guiding prospective students through the entire process of studying in South Korea, from initial consultation to enrollment. The ideal candidate will combine strong sales acumen with a passion for education, ensuring that each student receives personalized, accurate, and timely support. This position is primarily remote (WFH) with occasional on‑site event participation in Jakarta.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive consultation to candidates interested in studying at South Korean universities, covering program selection, admission requirements, documentation, and visa procedures.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet monthly and quarterly student recruitment targets, including lead generation, follow‑up, and conversion.
  • Manage the end‑to‑end student registration workflow, ensuring all documents, invoices, and payment records are accurately processed and stored.
  • Maintain and update client information in the CRM system, generating reports on pipeline status and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with partner universities, language schools, and immigration consultants to stay current on admission policies and scholarship opportunities.
  • Organize and support virtual or in‑person information sessions, webinars, and recruitment fairs, acting as the primary point of contact for attendees.
  • Utilize Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, Calendar) to create proposals, track tasks, and coordinate with internal teams.
  • Continuously improve service quality by gathering feedback from students and identifying areas for process optimization.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: D3/D4 or a bachelor’s degree (S1) in any field.
  • At least 1 year of professional experience in education consulting (Study Abroad) or sales.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve recruitment targets and manage a sales pipeline.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and familiarity with CRM tools.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to explain complex admission processes clearly.
  • Detail‑oriented, organized, and capable of handling multiple student cases simultaneously.
  • Resident of Jakarta with reliable internet access for remote work; occasional travel for events may be required.
  • Positive attitude, collaborative mindset, and a passion for helping students achieve their academic goals.
