Responsibilities

  • Greet guests promptly, escort them to their tables, and present menus with a courteous demeanor.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders, relay them efficiently to the kitchen, and confirm any special dietary requests.
  • Serve meals and drinks in a timely manner, ensuring proper presentation and adherence to hygiene standards.
  • Monitor table conditions, refill drinks, and anticipate guest needs to enhance overall satisfaction.
  • Handle payment transactions, process cash or card payments, and issue receipts with attention to detail.
  • Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, reset tables after guests depart, and ensure that all service stations are stocked and organized.
  • Collaborate closely with chefs, bartenders, and other team members to coordinate service flow and resolve any issues quickly.
  • Demonstrate initiative by suggesting menu pairings, upselling specials, and offering personalized recommendations.
  • Adhere to all health, safety, and food handling regulations, including proper sanitization of equipment and workspaces.
  • Participate in regular training sessions, staff meetings, and briefings to stay updated on menu changes and service protocols.

Requirements

  • Gender: Male (Laki‑laki).
  • Age: Maximum 26 years.
  • Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Experience: Prior experience as a waiter or in a similar guest‑service role is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to engage guests in both Indonesian and basic English.
  • Excellent teamwork orientation with a proven ability to cooperate with kitchen and service staff.
  • Self‑driven attitude, demonstrating initiative and proactive problem‑solving.
  • High level of loyalty, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
  • Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00.
  • Basic knowledge of food and beverage service techniques, including proper table settings and etiquette.
