Introduction

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Staf Penjualan Promosi Reguler (SPG/SPB) to join our dynamic sales team. Responsibilities

  • Identify, engage, and convert new customers through proactive outreach, in‑store demonstrations, and participation in promotional events.
  • Support product launches and marketing campaigns by setting up displays, distributing promotional materials, and explaining key features to potential buyers.
  • Continuously expand personal knowledge of the company’s full product portfolio to provide accurate, persuasive information that meets customer needs.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a seamless post‑sale experience that fosters loyalty.
  • Maintain daily activity logs, sales reports, and feedback forms to help the management team refine strategies and forecast demand.
  • Collaborate with the telemarketing and telesales units, sharing insights from field interactions to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
  • Adapt quickly to shifting sales targets, seasonal promotions, and new merchandising guidelines while maintaining a professional appearance.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Age: Up to 45 years old; no upper age limit beyond this threshold.
  • Gender: Open to all genders.
  • Prior experience: 0+ years; fresh graduates with a strong interest in sales are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Basic analytical skills for tracking sales performance and identifying improvement opportunities.
  • Demonstrated adaptability, enthusiasm for meeting sales quotas, and a willingness to learn product details.
  • Preferred: Experience or familiarity with telemarketing, telesales, or other direct‑marketing techniques.
  • Availability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
