Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver undergraduate nursing curricula (D3) that meet national accreditation standards and reflect current clinical practice.
- Facilitate interactive classroom sessions, laboratory simulations, and clinical rotations, ensuring students acquire both theoretical knowledge and hands‑on skills.
- Mentor and supervise student projects, internships, and final theses, providing constructive feedback and academic guidance.
- Participate actively in faculty meetings, curriculum review committees, and accreditation processes.
- Conduct scholarly research in nursing education, practice, or health policy, aiming for publications in reputable journals.
- Engage in community outreach programs, health promotion activities, and collaborations with local hospitals and health agencies.
- Uphold the Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi: teaching, research, and community service, while modeling professional ethics for students.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and student progress in the university’s information system.
Requirements
- Graduate of the Nursing Professional Education (NERS) program or a Master’s degree in Nursing.
- Academic background in D3 or S1 Nursing, with a minimum GPA of 3.0 (S1) or 3.5 (S2) from a BAN‑PT accredited university.
- Eligibility to teach nursing courses and a clear understanding of nursing education standards.
- Willingness to relocate permanently to Palembang and remain committed for the long term.
- Not currently employed as a civil servant or permanent staff at another institution.
- Demonstrated knowledge of the Tri Dharma responsibilities of Indonesian higher education.
- Clean legal and personal record – no prior criminal issues, financial disputes, or employment conflicts.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and pedagogical skills, with the ability to foster an inclusive learning environment.
- Proficiency in Indonesian language; English proficiency is a plus for research activities.
