Introduction
We are seeking a highly motivated Manajer Audit Internal Perusahaan to lead our internal audit function and ensure that our operations, financial reporting, and compliance frameworks meet the highest standards of integrity and efficiency. This role is pivotal in safeguarding the organization’s assets, identifying risk exposures, and driving continuous improvement across all business units. The successful candidate will act as an independent advisor to senior management and the audit committee, delivering objective insights that support strategic decision‑making and foster a culture of transparency.
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and control the full audit cycle, incorporating risk‑based approaches and control‑testing techniques to evaluate operational effectiveness, financial reliability, and regulatory compliance.
- Define the scope of internal audits each year, develop a comprehensive annual audit plan, and align it with the company’s risk appetite and strategic objectives.
- Collect, analyze, and assess accounting records, prior audit reports, transactional data, flowcharts, and supporting documentation to identify irregularities and performance gaps.
- Prepare clear, concise audit reports that summarize findings, root‑cause analyses, and actionable recommendations; present these reports to management and the audit committee.
- Serve as an objective source of independent advice, ensuring that audit conclusions are legally sound, ethically robust, and aligned with organizational goals.
- Identify control deficiencies, propose risk‑mitigation measures, and recommend cost‑saving initiatives that enhance operational efficiency.
- Maintain open lines of communication with senior management, business unit leaders, and the audit committee to discuss audit progress, emerging risks, and follow‑up actions.
- Conduct follow‑up audits to verify that corrective actions have been implemented effectively and that residual risks are adequately managed.
- Utilize advanced tools such as PowerPoint for stakeholder presentations and Excel for data analytics and risk modeling.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies, staying current with changes in the regulatory environment.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Age: Up to 30 years old.
- Gender: Male (as specified by the client).
- Zero or more years of professional experience in internal audit, risk management, or related financial controls.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and process flows.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and audit‑specific software tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Demonstrated integrity, independence, and the ability to provide objective recommendations.
- Personal vehicle required for occasional site visits and field audits.
- Availability to work Monday through Saturday, 09:00–17:00.
