We are expanding our sales team to serve the regions of Bengkayang, Ketapang, Kubu Raya, and surrounding areas. The position of Sales Promotion Girl (SPG) – ADIRA – Kalbar is a front‑line role focused on helping individuals obtain the financing they need while delivering exceptional customer experiences both offline and online.
Responsibilities
- Promote and sell ADIRA’s cash‑loan products secured by vehicle titles (BPKB), ensuring that all regulatory and documentation requirements are met.
- Conduct outbound calls and face‑to‑face visits to prospective borrowers, explaining loan terms, interest rates, repayment schedules, and eligibility criteria.
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp) to generate leads and increase brand visibility.
- Maintain a pipeline of existing customers, offering repeat‑loan options and cross‑selling additional financial solutions.
- Collect, verify, and process borrower documentation, coordinating with the underwriting team to achieve swift loan disbursement.
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance, preparing reports for the regional manager.
- Provide post‑sale support, answering borrower inquiries, assisting with repayment issues, and fostering long‑term relationships.
- Stay up‑to‑date with market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes to advise customers accurately.
Requirements
- Female candidates only.
- Maximum age: 29 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or financial products; fresh graduates with strong motivation are also welcome.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; basic English is a plus.
- Proficiency in using smartphones, social media, and common office software (MS Office, Google Workspace).
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust quickly and handle objections professionally.
- High level of integrity and a customer‑first mindset, especially when dealing with sensitive financial information.
- Adaptability to a fast‑paced environment and willingness to learn continuously.
