We are seeking a motivated Staf Penagihan Lapangan to join our dynamic team in Malang. As a field collection specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring timely repayment of installment plans, supporting the financial health of our organization, and maintaining strong relationships with our valued customers. Responsibilities
- Conduct systematic collection of overdue installments based on the data provided by the company.
- Plan and execute daily field visits to customer addresses for payment follow‑up, ensuring professionalism and adherence to company SOPs.
- Use multiple communication channels—including phone calls, WhatsApp, and in‑person meetings—to remind customers of upcoming due dates.
- Negotiate repayment arrangements with customers, offering flexible solutions while safeguarding the company’s financial interests.
- Prepare and update accurate daily and weekly collection reports, highlighting successes, challenges, and any escalations required.
- Collaborate with the credit control and customer service teams to share insights that can improve the overall collection strategy.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of the geographical area of assignment to optimize routing and reduce travel time.
- Uphold ethical collection practices, respecting customer dignity and complying with relevant regulations.
- Identify patterns of chronic delinquency and recommend preventive measures to management.
- Participate in regular training sessions to enhance negotiation techniques and product knowledge.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age not exceeding 35 years.
- Male candidates only, as per the current operational policy.
- At least 1 year of experience in collection, sales, or a related field; fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
- Possession of a valid motor vehicle and an active SIM C license.
- Willingness to work in the field with a flexible schedule, Monday‑Friday, 08:00‑17:00.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to handle difficult conversations calmly.
- Goal‑oriented mindset with a proven ability to meet or exceed collection targets.
- Good understanding of the local area to efficiently plan visits.
- Basic computer literacy for reporting and data entry.
